Laptop pod set up with kids and shown where a group might work . T to try and use laptop pod in group work time.

Active board installed- T has been uing projector and getting children use to software.

The interactive board and data projector was installed in my room near the end of term one. I was unable to attend the training first week this term, but look forward to the next training. I am so looking forward to getting this board and data projector working to stimulate and inspire my kids.

I used the data projector as motivation for an art unit on family shields. Images of a range of family shields were shown and this created real interest within the class. Many of the students went homeand searched the internet for their ownfamily shield / crest. The discussions this generated and the actual art work produced was a result of the visual images shown on the ineractive board.

Power point training has assisited the students to develop skills in this area and they are producing power points at this time. The students are finding this is an exciting tool for them to use.
